Needs more stars… But 5 will do. This is my second time with the Johnson Firm assisting me. Everyone at the office is always so nice and kind from the front of house to the courtroom. The Johnsons have been our go to family attorneys since they were my father’s go to. I cannot say enough how much they care about their clients and do anything to help. My dealings have been most recently have been with Kilburn Landry. The first time was a car accident with a complicated situation from the person who t-boned me. Kilburn did not skip a beat. He did everything that was possible in an inconvenient situation. He guided me through and exceeded all expectations I had with recouping my losses as well as making sure I was personally well and healed. You hear all the time about car wreck cases and I never thought I would be in one myself. He took all the stereotypical preconceived notions out of the process. I cannot thank him enough for working hard for me to make it right. The most recent circumstance I was working with Kilburn was a much more difficult and sensitive case. It was one that involved my entire family. Already being in a situation that needed to be handed with white gloves was no challenge for him. He crosses his T and dots his I. However, with this go round it was not only met with the fire he has to put the legal knowledge he’s got to the test, but the and the entire team went above and beyond to care for us in a way I never thought lawyers and staff would. Genuinely checking in with my family regularly. Always being extra attentive to go over all the details about the smallest aspects of our case. Dawn and Britney stayed on top of helping to make sure we were where we needed to be- doing what we needed to do. Their constant line of communication with us from start to finish was a huge help while we sorted through all the additional complications of life during this time. It was refreshing to know that parts of this process for us was auto pilot while Dawn and Britney kept is in line. Kilburn was available day or night for any major questions or small confusion clarified to ensure we were in the know about it everything. The way that Kilburn worked with his colleagues, Jonathan Johnson and Adam Johnson, showed the team work and willingness to pursue the greatest outcome as a standard within their firm. It was refreshing to see. We were also introduced to Aaron Broussard who was brought on board to assist. He was an asset to our case with his specialties. His care in getting to know not only the case, but each of us was impressive. All of these guys showed a “no holds barred” approach in making sure there was nothing left without consideration in support of my family’s case. Kilburn was not only there for us in his duties as our attorney, but the level of kindness and thoughtfulness was another side to the pit bull strength he showed in his work. He was truly thoughtful on a personal level that isn’t something expected from someone when you hire busy, aggressive legal counsel. All things considered, after coping with the hard time we went through as a family, Kilburn with the Johnson Firm knocked it out of the park. They exceeded our expectations. He came through for us in a big way and his hardwork, dedication, and relentless push to get what we deserved showed up. The results speak for themselves. I could never thank him enough for his service and care while we navigated uncharted territory. Not only do we have a family attorney for life, but we have adopted him now as a member of The family.
